Leaky Window

I just went down stairs and as I made it to the landing I noticed water pouring down the wall from the window. Yep, our window at the landing is leaking through the seal in the window. The water had run all the way down to the floor before I was able to catch it. 

Funny thing is that there was a leak in the same spot when we did our final walk through and we thought the builder had fixed the issue. Guess that just patched up the evidence and didn't actually fix the problem. Now we will have to address the issue with them.
